I'm not sure of the original source of this video since I got it in an e-mail (it may have been on You Tube). I would love to give credit where it is due, but I can't be sure, so we'll just have to enjoy it for what it is - proof that age is no excuse for choosing the armchair! This delightful woman is 80 years old and can dance like nobody's business. I would end up in a wheelchair if I attempted this! She masters it. Enjoy the Salsa Queen!

GOOD GLORY. I know from our daughters experience in a show choir with a BIG powerful football partner that they can move you along and their power can make things a lot easier. BUT she did AMAZING things for her age. The first twirling spin and I would have been wandering around the stage not sure why I was up there. This is wonderful.
Now I know we're all different but off I go to lift weights this morning. She's like new motivation. My 80 year old father and his golfing buddies (all doctors)keep saying that if they don't today they won't tomorrow. WOW
That is just amazing! It actually brought tears to my eyes. To see someone who is 80 years old and can still dance like that. Oh my! I can't believe it. In my work I do therapy with geriatric patients recovering from fractures, falls, regaining balance etc. This lady is in heels! Thanks for sharing.

WHEN I WAS WORKING AS A NURSE, I WOULD ALWAYS ASK MY LITTLE GERIATRIC PATIENTS WHAT DID THEY THINK HELPED THEM LIVE SO LONG. A VERY DEAR LADY, NAMED MARY, WHO WAS FULL OF VIM AND VIGOR AND SO VERY PRIM AND PROPER SAID, "THE GOOD LORD AND A SHOT OF JACK DANIELS EVERY NIGHT BEFORE BEDTIME!" I LAUGHED AND SHE SAID, "HONEY, I'M A CHRISTIAN FOR SURE. THE JACK DANIELS KEEPS MY BLOOD THIN." THERE PROBABLY WAS A LITTLE TRUTH IN THAT BUT I LAUGHED TO MYSELF ALL THE WAY DOWN THE HALL.

Woo Hoo! Look at her go!!! Darn it, she's twice my age and can swivel her hips way better then me! lol! How awesome. I hope I'm that limber and "active" at that age/
