Please Pray With Us...

I would so appreciate it if those of you who believe as strongly as I do in the power of prayer would please pray for one of our grandchildren.  Some tests have come back with a red flag.  It seems there is the possibility of a life threatening health issue.  More specific and more accurate tests have been completed and the results should be in by Monday.  Please pray with us that the results will be completely normal - a healthy child.  We have torn hearts, as we are supposed to go to Florida, in part to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary- which is June 27th.  The kids do not want us to change our plans but we can't imagne not being home to support them while they're going through such a stressful time.  So if you don't mind, add on a little prayer for us too as we travel and our family will not be together for a few weeks.  I'll post next week as soon as I have the awaited test results.  Thank you all so much for your faith and prayer.
xoxo

Dearest Friend! God's TIMING is awesome! My internet in the home has been down nearly all week ~ have had to work at an offsite branch 3 out of 4 days this week. This is the first I've got online to see the blogs...I'm so glad I seen this and AM praying for a MIRACLE! We both know HE can do it! VICTORY is what I'll be singing in my heart and in my prayers all night and all day until I get your update! My grandson is due any hour now and I'm so sorry that I didn't get to call you - but with having to go out to an offsite to work, it just really blew my week since the middle of last. :( That will teach me to NOT wait!~~~ LOVE YOU friend! ~CC Catherine

Yes, I will pray. We've been in your situation and know what it's like. I'll pray for normal results and a healthy child. Also happy and memorable 40th anniversary. Congratulations to you and your hubby. I've seen such miracles recently with the power of prayer. We serve an awesome God who truly moves in our behalf. God be with this family and bring healing to this child. In Jesus name, Amen.

I, too, am praying for you, your husband and your family members as you wait for the results; and especially praying for your grandchild to be free of anything harmful. I pray for our heavenly Father to wrap His loving arms around all of you and to keep you safe and at peace. I pray for your trip to Florida to be a time of refreshment and devotion to each other as you celebrate your 40th anniversary, and that you will be able to enjoy this time alone.

We, too, will be traveling to take my mom back to the midwest - lots of hours on the road - so I will have lots of time to continue to be in prayer for all of you, Kathy.

God be with you, as He promises to always be,
Laurie
