Happy Easter!
Forgive me, but I just have to post a few pictures of the day. I cooked after church and our daughter and her sweet family came over as did our son. But you know the stars of the day were Sydney and Isabelle! They are just simply the joy of my life. Their mother made them the most precious matching dresses - hand smocked and embroidered. I'm telling you, they are gorgeous. The babies looked like little angels from the 1940's in their soft yellow dresses.
After dinner Papa and I had surprise Easter baskets for our little angels. They changed into play clothes and dug in!
Isabelle finally gave in to sleep. There actually IS a limit to how much chocolate a girl can eat in one afternoon!
Sydney managed to stay awake but she was feeling pretty silly by evening!
I hope each of you enjoyed a day filled with blessings!
Here I am, looking just as goofy as can be at the end of a looooooooooong, but happy day!

What a fun day for all of you! Makes me wish I was close enough to my granddaughter to have those kinds of gatherings. Maybe someday. Before she gets too old anyway. She will be 3 in June. I love the dresses. Your daughter did an awesome job making those. That is so sweet.
